User story: Idea comes from Solikyl and makes more sense in bigger groups with a proper onboarding system. There are many questions to be answered during the application process to it would be easier to break it down into a step-by-step thing, either a form or a stepper, rather than a wall of text where questions are gathered and the answer comes back in a wall of text too.
Important to be flexible and keep the possibility to have just a text for smaller groups
Complexity: requires some design process, backend and frontend work
Outcomes (or what needs to be done to move forward): have a dedicated session to discuss and start designing it
