This a proposal on how to organise our workflow and which tools to use.
- Community forum under category Feedback and Ideas/Backlog will be the main place to open issues, document or give feedback and ideas, and prepare so that an issue is ready for development
- Do that with the help of a Kanban board
- Codeberg issues will be reserved for purely technical and operational issues after we move all relevant issues to the forum
- Keep relevant documents updated on How to contribute, both on Codeberg and the community forum, to direct people to the right place
- Have a standing point on the weekly meeting in which we look together at the Kanban board to decide what to focus on, and which work shall be prioritized
