User story: It would be nice to have a filter by day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on the activities page so that people can filter by the days of the week that they are more available on.

Another person in the Github issue suggested to work on this as well about 2 weeks ago, but I have not seen any activity from their side. If you are on Github, I suggest you to add a short message to the issue that you are keen to work on this too. Nick from the Karrot team has offered his help already.
