After the first networking meeting on 24 November 2023 in Maastricht with foodsharing initiatives and other organizations from Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, a second project meeting to prepare cross-border cooperation projects will take place on Sunday, 28 January 2024 in Eupen, East Belgium.
The target group of the event are food savers from the BeNeLux countries and the neighbouring federal states who are willing to actively participate in the cross-border cooperation projects. Possible project contents include workshops on the topics of food waste, food rescue and appreciation or community building. The project results are also to be documented in the media and made accessible to the widest possible public in the project countries.
