Looking for another coding task I got motivated to work on improving the agreements feature. I was thinking about the following:
- Send notification when review date of an agreement has passed
- Needs to figure out what type of notification (push, bell, email, status number indicator in menu)
- and when exactly, what it says
- Improve visuals when review date is in the past
- on agreements overview page
- on the agreement itself
And more optional/ later:
- Add better filter options
- filter for agreements that need review
- More conceptual clarity between ‘Active to’ field and ‘Review Date’
- ‘Active to’ field isn’t shown anywhere (overview, agreement page) for active agreements, ‘Active from’ field isn’t shown on inactive agreements
- review sociocracy resources to understand how a term vs review date play out in practise
- possibly add documentation for both
