We started this category in order to document and engage with the Karrot community when designing governance features. Back then we tried to adapt the Google design sprint to the project’s particular reality and context. The idea was also to gather some reflections and slowly come up with our own design process and strategies.
The current state now is that of trying to do a new, more light-weight iteration of this process, and write down a kind of guide about how to proceed when designing new features for Karrot (and re-designing it!). This is an ongoing and open-ended conversation.
