Feedback from use case people's kitchen

Karrot is being used to organize “Folkkök”, a community kitchen run by volunteers who prepare food from saved food and offer a meal.

Activity and participant types are working well, to define roles during the event. We’re also taking notes of meetings but not sure where to put it, been using feedback so far. Feedback’s worked fine after the event to collect impressions and areas of improvement. Perhaps we could create an even more integrated approach, where feedback turns to a feed-forward, ie a feedback for one activity could inform and be linked to another upcoming activity.

We’ve got a “shopping list” sort of and used agreements to put it there since it’s the only place that can be edited and more easily accessible other than places. We also put a Vision/values document there and a “checklist” to help as a guide for future events.

Task management feature has come up as a suggestion
